Dengue and Malaria are the two common, mosquito-born infections, which may have significant loses and damages if not managed properly. Current infections of Dengue and Malaria are common due to garbage and smokes which give birth to mosquito that causes Dengue and Malaria disease. The first case was reported in 2005 since then, several infections are being reported of dengue virus and Malaria.

Actually several types of vector-born infections are there but Dengue and Malaria are alarming and on it’s peak. Malaria is caused by a female mosquito, Anopheles; while Dengue is caused by Aedes aegypti mosquito. Both of the diseases cause an acute pyrexial illness; however only malaria can cause a high fever. According to reports dengue and malaria are the most prevalent diseases an estimated global incidence of 390 million 240 million cases a year, respectively. Consequently if you compare the presentation typical malaria and dengue that a recently study shows that, in the last 15 years,

the most number of malaria and dengue co-infection cases were reported in Pakistan. A case series study which was conducted in Jinnah postgraduate medical Centre, shows that from September 2007 to January 2008 included a total number of 114 patients, out of which ,23.21% had dual dengue and Malaria too.From January through August 2022, more than 3.4 million suspected cases of malaria were reported in Pakistan compared with the 2.6 million suspected cases reported in 2021. Over 170 000 cases were laboratory confirmed and dengue on rise where Between 1 January and 27 September 2022, a total of 25 932 confirmed dengue cases and 62 deaths (CFR 0.25%) were reported in Pakistan, with 74% of these cases reported in the month of September alone.

A rapid upsurge in Basically General practitioner (GPs) in Pakistan lack necessary knowledge regarding of current spreading of the deadly diseases and their treatments. These infections have a higher risk of being well soon, so needed to inform GPs regarding such cases .Malaria and dengue are the two important public health issues in Pakistan and poses a great threat to the lives of scores of Pakistan across the country. Estimate shows by the WHO that cases Of Malaria-related deaths have grown to 435,000 people annually while Pakistan have the greatest number. The cases reporting in highly important because malaria and dengue are two dangerous disease and Pakistan some area people lackes such knowledge which is quite more dangerous. So government of Pakistan need to highlight this issue and provide awareness to the residents and should construct hospitals especially for malaria and dengue treatments.
