This is the story of four very close friends called Rizwan, Ghaffar, Mehrullah and Muneeb whose friendship was very strong. They were ongoing-school-boys and left left for school together and returned the same way. To further strengthen their friendship, they would gather together every evening. To see this, their friendship was appreciated by everyone in the society. Expect Muneeb, the other three were stable and rich. The important thing is that Muneeb’s birthday was approaching and he wanted to celebrate his birthday but his parents lacked money to celebrate his birthday. From that day on, he was completely broken inside and sat with his friends with a fake smile.
Muneeb was upset and silent as he sat in the gathering with his other companions. To take a look at his troubled look, Rizwan questioned on his tensed look. Muneeb hid the truth behind his sadness and lied to remember his school homework. Rizwan advised Muneeb to refrain from thinking about other things as they gather in the evening to refresh their minds. After a while,
Muneeb suddenly stood up and walked towards the house and his sudden move cast doubt on his friends. Other three friends, then, inquired about Muneeb and successfully found out the reason for Muneeb’s sadness. The reason surprised three of them and wondered how they could forget about the birthday of their best pal.
“We are fail to take care of a friend and we commit the great sin of not caring for one of our eyes.” Ghaffar stated in frustration.
They looked quite upset and suddenly Mehrullah said, “Hey friends, we are not late yet. There is still one day left. We can organize a party at my uncle’s guest house which is empty.”
This sound brought a spark on their faces. They successfully got the guest house. They distributed the task of decoration and soon ordered a cake.
Muneeb, on the other hand, was just thinking about tomorrow “How can I express my face to my best colleagues without a party at home.” He repeated these words with tears in his eyes.
The three friends decorated the room beautifully and soon distributed cards to the society expect to Muneeb’s house because they wanted to surprise him.
The party was expected in the evening and early tomorrow morning when they were going to school. None of them wished him and Muneeb lowered his head and began to walk with them in shame beacause of not organising his birthday party. They, his friends, acted as if they were unaware of his birthday today. On the way back home, one of them told Muneeb to wear a nice suit because they intended to go to a party.
It was evening when people joined the party.
They sent Muneeb the address and advised him to come to the given address and then, they turned off the lights so that darkness would cover the whole house.
When Muneeb entered the house, he could not see anything and ask Rizwan to turn on the lights. When lights were turned on, everyone wished Muneeb in one voice, “Wish you many returns of the day, Muneeb.”
Muneeb was shocked by what he saw and heard. Tears kept rolling in his eyes because he had never been so surprised before. Three friends came forward and asked Muneeb to cut the cake and begin the party. Muneeb was very proud of his friends. They hugged each other and came to the cake. Everyone at house appreciated their never-ending friendship and used admirable words.
At last, the three friends said in unison to Muneeb, “We are four different bodies but one soul. We are together even in hard times and good times too.”
