Balochistan the is only province which is land to thousands of Balochs as well as Pathans , Sindhi , Kashmiri and a few others. Apart from all this , Balochistan has the largest land in comparison with the other provinces in Pakistan. Accordingly, Balochistan has a superior role in formation of minerals (like COAL , Barytes , Sulphur , Marble , Iron ore , Quartzite , and Limestone). However , being an admirable province of Pakistan and a land of wealth still there’s crises of education , crises of humanitarian rights and most importantly the rate of inflation is too high.
Accordingly, after the flood people were not only externally in loss but also internally they became victim of hunger . They had no shelter to live nor they had other fundamental materials.According to estimates of poverty carried out by the Pakistan Institute of Development Economics in May 2020, nearly 41 percent of households in Balochistan live below the income poverty line, accounting for approximately 11 percent of the total poor households in the country.Similarly, according to the Pakistan Multidimensional Poverty Index Report 2016, 71 percent of Balochistan’s population lives in multidimensional poverty, which is 10 percent of Pakistan’s total multi dimensionally poor population. Therefore, after the flood people are suffering through another flood which is rising inflation and the poverty.
Furthermore, the current situation of Pakistan witness that the Baloch are the only one among all the natives of Pakistan who are suffering through several crises and still government is not taking any strict moves in this regard. Aren’t they human like others? Don’t they deserve the same right as other? Is it their fault to be poor? Is it their fault to die in hunger? Was it their wish to loss their homes , their children , and the little peace in their lives?No , not at all! The only fault that Baloch hold is that they are Baloch and they don’t speak for their rights.Even if among thousand one stand up in seek of justice he will disappear or be killed at the other day.Likewise, the freedom of expression is snatched from each individual in Balochistan.
In these days people of Balochistan are not only suffering through poverty and inflation but with the passage of time every area of their life is being problematic .As they are victim of poverty and this leads them toward inflation probably these poor parents will not be able to educate their children, the youth, who are known to be nation builder. And if continuously the same process continues then neither Balochistan will have a quality future nor Pakistan will be called a progressive and developed Nation.
In order to save the future of Pakistan, I request to the government and the authorities to provide aid to people suffering in Balochistan. Additionally, other native of Pakistan must be a pillar to all Baloch in order that the future of our nation and people must be secured.
