If history is observed and studied from the beginning of the world to the present day with a positive intention, then it is an indisputable fact that bringing about reforms and development without the practice of a strong social system is nothing but a delusion. The world has come here through different periods and changes. The necessities of life must change at every age.

Putting the traditions behind us, if we look at the real background, it was the revolution of “The Early Centuries of Islam” (early period of Islam) that paved the way for the promotion of collectivism by rolling up of imperialist forces imposed on the social system. Which later went through various stages of reform which laid the foundation for the formation of a society in which every individual was independent in all matters and every citizen had all the facilities which the rulers used to abide by the civil laws. Applied equally to all, no one was discriminated against in terms of laws.

However, every soul that lives on earth wants a better life. And that each person is subject to different beliefs, cultures and customs individually and his life revolves around them. Furthermore, it would not be wrong to say that the followers of different religions have been working from the beginning to the present day to improve the social system,

but the Islamic social system is stable and complete in every respect. The greatest virtue of the society that Islam has envisioned is that it includes tolerance, forgiveness, and respect for each other’s views as basic elements. Respect for individual opinion and criticizing or expressing one’s opinion within the realm of honor is one of the fundamental rights of every citizen.

While, on the one hand the current era is the era of development and new dimensions, on the other hand, many countries of the world are suffering from political, economic, social and religious instability and instead of progress and stability, they are moving towards rapid decline. Pakistan is also one of the countries struggling with all these issues. Pakistan has been suffering from instability for decades. The direct effect of which is also appearing significantly on the individual lives of the citizens. It is said that in a country where political turmoil spreads, its effects on the attitudes of its citizens begin to show. We, as a Pakistani nation, have crossed the line of social degradation and reached the brink of degradation. In particular, “intolerance” is so ingrained in society that we do not shy away from even the smallest detail. Although politics is a pure process and the concept of intolerance does not exist in it at all, it can be said that we have not been educated and trained to the level of respect for others.

We are on the verge of psychological catastrophe. From a high professional to a lower class citizen, he does not shy away from talking about small things. Here personal matters are taken to the family and it seems that misconduct is our routine. We have made criticism our way of criticizing, even though we should have resorted to criticism for reform. What we are lessening the younger generation with our attitudes is nothing but disaster. Instead of making people broad minded, on the contrary, we are promoting intolerance among the people. Where such an atmosphere is created, one’s life, property and honor are safe? Never….. Constantly such incidents happen that people’s property has been burnt, even many incidents of living human beings have taken place.

The sanctity of human life is not even kept close. We have become accustomed to persuading others by force instead of persuading them with arguments. If anyone disagrees, he is considered an enemy. This approach will only lead us to ruin. If we look at this perspective, then the Almighty Allah can merely save this nation to be ruined neither our attitudes.
