The Power of Habit” is really among the most amazing books which was authored by one of the famous authors namely Charles Duhigg. Charles was born in 1974 who is an American journalist and a non – fiction author. Currently, he writes for New Yoker Magazine and is the author of two books. “The power of habit” is the most trended book. The book was published on February 2012 and became very popular soon.

This book particularly focuses on the formation of habits and their importance. The title of the book ( The Power Of Habit ) itself clears that our habits are very prominent and powerful. The habits are the most basic pillars of an individual as the human without habits can not make any direction for his/her destination.

As per the points of the writer that once if we create a habit, it goes too deep in our mind and spread in our entire body.

This is clear to everyone that the mind can distinguish the habits; whether, the habits are formed positively or negatively. The positive habits lead positive fallouts and the negative does the same.

The book further added that our habits have very strong command on our brain since these brains create craving in our brain. Very earlier of the habit formation, we identify whether the habit is an effective one or an ineffective one. Yet some people don’t change them earlier which again lead towards destructions after a short time. The habit is made once, cannot be eliminated but people can change it by changing their ways activities and thoughts.

The habits can either construct us or it can destruct us ____ the concept is quite cleared that a good habit can construct us and a bad habit can destruct us. This is the power of the habit which can take us anywhere, the way we make it.

In short, this book largely remained a wonderful lesson for me and I am pleased to suggest every reader that they must also have a read on it since I believe it deserves your worthy time.
