The real and non-fiction novel “I too had a love story” is a national bestseller by Ravinder Singh. It was first published in 2008. This bestseller novel is based on the life of its own author “Ravinder Singh.” He was born on 4 February in 1982 and is an Indian software engineer and a popular writer of nine novels.

“I too had a love story” is Ravinder Singh’s first novel which is an heart touching love story. The main characters in this book are: Kushi, Ravin and his three friends Happy, Amardeep and Manpreet.

This true novel began with the reunion of Ravin and his friends, since they gathered with each other after so long. They were separated from one another after their engineering college. When they met each other in the reunion, they started sharing their experiences in their lives. They became very pleasure and happy to talk to each other after so long. One day, a serious debate happened between them which was about their marriage. Happy suggested Ravin to sign up a Shaadi.com.

After their reunion, Ravin went to Bhubaneswar where he worked as an engineer. When he spent some days in Bhubaneswar, he remembered Happy’s suggestion to sing up a Shaadi.com.

Then he did what his friend had said to him. After a few days, Ravin found a girl named Kushi on the matrimonial site. They both shared their likes and dislikes on their first phone call. They both fell in love with each other after some days of talking in messages and calls.

One day, Ravin decided to go to meet Kushi’s parents for the engagement. As both of their parents met each other, they fixed the engagement date. After a few days, Kushi had an accident and was admitted in the hospital. After a lot of attempt to save her, Kushi died.

This true love story is all about that how a person’s life become when he loses his girlfriend. So this book explains the life of its own author Ravinder Singh who becomes mentally ill by losing Kushi from his life. He, at the end of his book, painfully added that, “She died, I survived because I survived, I die everyday!”
