QUETTA: The long awaited Balochistan cabinet, which was announced last night to take oath on Thursday, but cancelled the programme, now will take oath on Friday, officially announced by the spokesman for the Balochistan government.

The officials said that the oath taking ceremony was postponed for today due to the attendance of Governor Balochistan Malik Abdul Wali Khan Kakar and Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti, the address of the President Asif Ali Zardari to the joint session of the parliament on Thursday after noon.

The Spokesman for the Provincial government, Shahid Rind issued a statement saying that the cabinet will take oath at a ceremony that will held at Governor House at 12 noon and Governor Kakar will administer the oath to the new cabinet members.

Chief Minister Bugti, Members of the Balochistan Assembly, tribal elders and other people will attend the oath taking ceremony.
