QUETTA: A two-day training workshop on mobile journalism was organized under the auspices of Pakistan Information Center Quetta.

QUETTA: A two-day training workshop on mobile journalism was organized under the auspices of Pakistan Information Center Quetta.

The training workshop was attended by young journalists, media persons and v-loggers from various media houses.  The workshop provided training on Mobile Shot Making Techniques, Story Writing, Script Writing, Ethics, and Mobile Tools.  Addressing the function on the occasion, Pakistan Federal Union of Journalist President shehzada Zulfiqar said that keeping pace with the requirements of modern times in journalism is the basic need of the time.

Holding a training workshop by Pakistan Information Center in Quetta is a welcome step. By taking advantage of such a training workshops, young journalists can fulfill their responsibilities in an efficient manner.  President Quetta Press Club Abdul Khaliq Rind and Director Press Information Department Balochistan Abdul Manan also addressed the closing ceremony.

Arsalan Qureshi in-charge of Pakistan Information Center Quetta also gave a detailed briefing to the participants about PIC. He said that professional training of journalists would be extended to other districts of Balochistan and establishment of digital studios in press clubs  Will also be implemented.  Certificates were also distributed among the workshop participants on the occasion.
