Gresha is the sub tehsil of district Khuzdar which consists of small villages. It is almost located some 80 km far from the main city of Khuzdar, with a large population. Gresha is one of the most beautiful locations in Khuzdar where people are always engrossed in planting with different crops on different seasons.

In the summer season the crops of onion, watermelon corn bean are prepared for selling. Despite its countless contributions in terms of agriculture, Gresha is facing several problems, especially in its education and healthcare departments.

According to the article 25A of our country’s constitution provides free education to everyone. Unfortunately, Gresha is totally neglected in this regard. However, there are only three middle schools and three high schools in the sub tehsil, but the education system in these schools is very poor as compare to the other parts of the district

It is heart-rending to mention that sole reason behind a poor display of education in these schools is irresponsibility showed by the faculty members and authorized people. Firstly, many of the teachers of the given schools are hired on recommendations because they often give duty and take the salaries exactly on time. Leaving few teachers, some others are even if present, they are mostly busy with their personal works  instead of teaching as well training the pupils in  school .

On the other hand, the healthcare system, like that of the education, is going through tough times. In the hospitals of the sub tehsil, we rarely ever find a present doctor. If the doctor is sitting in hospital who doesn’t know what is sickness of the patient, It clearly shows how the condition of healthcare is in Gresha. Apart from doctors, there is lack of medicines and beds too. In emergency condition one cannot find medicines and other well facilities in hospital. Most of time patients need to move to the main city for medical facilities and well treatment . It is fact that if serious patient who travels 80km away and reach  In the main hospitals of the district he/she will be deprived from his or her precious life.

Finally, being citizen, I request to the  government of PTI to take concrete steps on this serious issues as soon as possible which are endanger for the future of Gesha’s people.
