In a letter issued on Monday, DC Mansoor Ahmed Baloch apprised the hardships being faced to the customers for last many months and said the internet speed was mostly slower than the subscribed plan while it got disconnected in between.

“The general public raised complaints with network companies but in vain. With quite disappointment, I have to say that reputed telecom companies have failed to provided quality services and current services are poor than expect a time.” The DC explained and urged the PTA Chairman to intervene and direct the telecom companies to take concrete steps to ensure flawless services in Dalbandin.
