Geopolitics is a broad nomenclature of influences that includes factors of geography, politics, economics, and demography in the foreign policy of the states. The modern States are of collective good actions which unite in coalition and collaboration. They form alliances and allies for the sovereignty of regional affairs. After the cold war and the fall of the USSR, the world was internationalized in the western dialects of political order. In the meanwhile, the Eastern World map portrayed a symbol of silent power which later shocked Western foreign policy experts such as Henry Kissinger forcing the United States of America to never underestimate the “secret sauce” that China is on the rise of a competitive State in Global politics, economics, expansionism, notably Sinatra doctrine, and its relations with Russia.

Progressively speaking, the Eastern part of the World was discriminated against in political affairs in the United Nation such as the North and the South Gap in International relations where the Northern were rich with western evaluated ideas of knowledge and the South was poor with neglected voices. Likely, the division of the West and Eastern Europe confronted the USA and Russia which still lingers its influences in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. However, modern Geopolitics is a broad contest of not just enforcing global rules as such the US has been dominated in the United Nations. It is about the legitimacy of the rules that make them and how they resemble the theories of political, economic and capital capabilities. From the recent existence of coalitions, today’s Sino-Russia and Pakistan troika leaves a great response of shaping the latest global order and are portraying waves of geopolitical shifts in the peaceful regional order.

Firstly, the waves of development in the Eastern map or the future that holds in Asia is the rise of the Chinese’s policies and its 14th Five-year plan 2021-25 which was inaugurated in China’s National People’s Congress in the annual gathering in March 2021. This new plan is the model of the development pattern of China’s new policy of qualitative and long-term growth. This paradigm is the “dual circulation” which is positive to build a strong domestic market and make China a strong trading nation for shaping the global economic order. This is not only equal to Xi’s BRI but a strong development movement that focuses on indigenous innovations of Technology and electric vehicles “Made in China” compared to Elon Musk’s and US innovations. The dual circulation policy is not only a growth of China’s market but qualitative services of its products in the International market and reforming its domestic sector for the real economy. It has also influenced scientists to work in China. This wave is a wave of expansion and legitimacy of global order.

Secondly, Russia and China remain hand in hand while countering the West. Putin has been strong enough in European Union to convince the members to stop trading with US dollars and promoting trade in Euros. The US dollar accounts for 80 per cent of global transactions. After the recent relationship between Russia and China, they had declined trade in US dollars 46 per cent in 2020 while it was 51 per cent in 2019. The Sino-Russia relations remain normative in joint opposition towards the west and the current bilateral relationship analyzes mature and smart steps in liberal institutionalism in Asia, Europe and middle-east which has suffered from unjust regional influences by the Western doctrines. Most importantly, authoritarianism in China and Russia are no more hostile to western democratic policies because the recent waves of expansionism of China towards Europe and the Global north are progressively liberalized. China has almost collaborated with more than 100 countries with Xi’s long-term plan of the Belt-Road Initiative (BRI). It is liberally institutionalized by developing the rural regions and establishing organizations shaping the new global order of the Global East. Significantly, it regards an equal hierarchy in global politics in which there was an imbalance of power in the United Nation while organizations like the Asian Development Bank are filling spaces for a multi-polar world.

Thirdly, Pakistan remained a hard country in geopolitical situations because of its strategic location and the significance of its warm water sea. A state which was between the devil and the deep blue sea; the eastern border remains a conflict of chaos between ideologies and the west has broken from a long war with displacement and borders are safe haven for terrorist organizations. Furthermore, the State postures instability in the recent time in the theory of the geo-economic narrative that Will the CPEC, Sino-Russia-Iran stabilize the South Asian politics that had been a hot spot of conflicts such as the Kashmir Issue? Truthfully speaking, State’s don’t rely only on economics or sustainable growth, but also on ideologies. From the South West of Pakistan is Iran which recently promoted its bilateral relationship with China but Will Pakistan be equally playing its pivotal role in examining the Iran Saudi relation? If yes, then, the waves of the East will bear fruits. It symbolizes fighting the cure rather than the symptoms in the last decades of unstable relations in the Arabian Peninsula.

In the meanwhile, the US has supported India for countering its narrative in South Asia. Pakistan’s cognitive approach had its waiver of autonomy bias with the Russian tilt which included:

joint military exercises in 2016, joint military commission to deepen counterterrorism cooperation, signed a joint statement of no first placement of weapons in outer space, both foreign ministers met in SCO in Moscow in 2020 and Russian Prime Minister visited Pakistan recently for bilateral ties of regional cooperation and international issues concerning the Afghan peace deal and the Indo-US relations.

Finally, the world is changing from its narratives of unipolar. The wind is changing its direction from the west towards the east. History never ends and the democratic liberal capitalism of Fukuyama has remained a premature idea of the world. The East is shaping its policies with good governance in cooperative alliances in the geo-economic narrative, and the future holds in allies of liberal unity that has been a significant change in post-modern Eastern outlook. While the Asian power remains for a peaceful settlement, the west can never whip harshly but can best perform an equal narrative of sustainable order.
