QUETTA: Central Leaders of Jamiat Ulmae Islam has said that on the request of someone, JUI-Pakistan was registered as JUI F. “The Election Commission has not taken into account section number one of the constitution,” Maulana Sherani. “In 2008, at the request of someone, the JUI-F was registered,” Maulana Sherani added. He said that in 2013, Fazlur Rehman said that JUI Pakistan is the real party. “Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan is the only one party,” Maulana Sherani said. “It was found out that in 2008 and 2013, party was registered under the name of JUI-F,” Maulana Sherani added. He said that in 2018, it was registered under the name of JUI Fazlur Rehman. Fazlur Rehman’s letter was given in the name of JUI-F. “The letter for the election on the Hasil Bizenjo’s seat was also written in the name of JUI-F,” Maulana Sherani said.
“Election Commission should clear our misunderstanding,” he added. He said that Maulana Shuja-ul-Mulk has filed a petition in the Election Commission. He said that a resolution of the General Council is required to change the name of the party. “Maulana Fazlur Rehman is trying to send a notice. They are considering submitting details by registering in every mosque,” Maulana Sherani added. “JUI will open liaison centers in every district of Pakistan,” says Maulana Sherani “We will open centers in Zhob and Sherani centers tomorrow,” he added.
